I recently used it to remove black mastic from a 200sq ft room. Worked like a charm. Spread it out and let it sit for about an hour. Then squeegee it to the middle of the room. Poured Oil Dri on it. Using a square shovel I kept turning the Oil Dri over and over until all of the mastic and bean-e-do was soaked up. Then I shoveled the Oil Dri into the bag it came in. Then mopped the floor about 5 times with a degreaser. The floor is 99% clean except for some stuff in the corners and a couple spots where the mastic was real thick.
