One option is to consider suspending a track from an angled ceiling. The suspension rods can be varied in height to accommodate the slope of the ceiling.
While not applicable to this case, some don't consider using a ceiling mounted track because they think the ceilings are too high. You can get custom length vinyl shower curtains or use chain drops to connect the standard curtain to the track. All provide an alternative to the traditional rods. something to consider.
