How do you know know if the motor burnt up vs. bushes that need replaced. My old craftsman table saw #137.248830 doesn't spin very freely and when you turn off the switch the blade comes to a complete quick. Is that the motor or brushes? Don't know if I want to replace the motor (if it's the problem) or buy a new.$$$$
