You're comparing fixing a power washer spray gun to a human arm? So, I take it that Husky technicians go through the same intensive training of a physician? Here's the problem with your reply: "only a Husky technician can repair a spray gun - do to their expertise." Well, okay then, find me a Husky repairman that can fix the gun. No? Can't do it? That would be because Husky would be overwhelmed with fixing all the broken parts of their equipment...and would loose $$. Be gentle with the gun? I'm a 5'4", 110 lbs. woman who takes extreme care when using any equipment...how gentle should i be? Perhaps if I just let the power washer sit in my garage and not use it? Only then would it not break. Also, I was seeking help on this forum - not another Husky employee trying to further the company's agenda to rip off consumers.
