Hi,

I have 4 bumps / rocks in my old concrete basement floor which I would like to hammer out with an small pneumatic hammer I got.

The nearest bump is 1 foot from the wall, and up 3 feet on the wall there is a gas line (solid iron pipe) coming in.

I'm thinking I'm over-thinking this but I'm fairly certain it should be safe to work on this as structurally it shouldn't affect the wall / pipe.

Am I correct in my assumption?
