very likely that you have an occluded main dwv line, with the blockage somewhere downstream of where the shower,toilet,bath lines branch off.
you haven't snaked the line well enough or far enough. rod it open all the way to the street, or where it meets the main.
common cause is tree roots or broken pipe, slowing the flow so it backs up to exit the closest/lowest opening.
