Public Sewer or Private Septic System?

You don't say whether you are on a public sewer or a private septic system.

If you are on a private septic system, it could simply be that the tank needs to be pumped.

It could also mean the drain lines in the leach field are signifantly blocked or collapsed if you have them.

The advice to have a plumber send a camera down the building sewer is right on if you are only a public sewer.
