All those softners are good brands that will do the softing job if sized right. Get the demand type and not the ones that recycle on a regular schedule. I've used sears softners and have had good luck and they are easy to get parts from. None will take care of the high iron you have which must be taken care of or it will plug up your softner resin. I have no experience with high iron or with an acid neutralizer for the ph.

Talk to a certified water specialist and get lots of bids. Get a water sample tested by an independent certified lab, such as the city/county/extension office and not by the water softner companies. Some of the water treatment places are more interested in sales and will load you up with over priced and possibly unnecessary treatment equipment instead of being realistic about your needs. One well known company comes to mind but can't think of the name. The ph may be something you can live with as it is not that bad. Very low ph can cause pinhole leakds in copper pipe though. Do some searches and research on the internet to learn more about it.
