Plan to build a small room in our basement. This is for occasional use to keep a dog who's bark in very loud and piercing. We live in a townhouse so neighors are close and I want to sound proof this room and therefore illiminate any disturbing noise when he is kept there.
What would be the best soundproofing material to use for this purpose and where can I purchase it? We live in the Philadelphia area.
