SOS. I recently ripped up carpeting in a 30+ year old home with hardwoold floors throughout. Naturally there is black glue from the carpet matting and one area that hugs my screened in porch that is wood rotter from wetness. There are other stains and I don't know if the floor is salvageable. How can I make a determination if hiring someone to complete this task will be futile. I'd really like to expose the hardwood but don't want to comprimise on appearance by having it look just ok. Thanks! C. Morgan wlmprulz@hotmail.com
