It's time to visit the Retailer that sold you the washer if the Owner's Manual doesn't have any info for you. Also, you can go to Maytag Home Site, select Washers from the pull-down menu, and read the 'Frequently Asked QUestions' and the 'Helpful Information' links on that page. WOrst come to worst, if you're still in warranty, it's time to exercise your Rights!!!
