Has anyone ever known a builder to say that something he/she is selling, is not ok? But seriously,I can certainly understand your concern Wanda,but I think your worrying too much about a very common occurrance.I have been framing houses for almost 20 years and I have certainly seen my share of mildewy studs and lumber,but have never heard of a recurring problem. hope this helps to ease your mind a little,good luck.
