Currently I am residing in an old home that I am renting. I need to fix up a lot of things. First, I need to learn a little about hanging ceiling walpaper. Right now the ceiling are cracking and have small holes. How can I fix the holes and then hang ceiling wallpaper? Secondly the house has hardwood floors that are in terrible shape how can I make area rugs, runners, and place mats work? (Keep in mind I am on a seriously tight buget and that I do not want to invest a lot of money in a home that is not mind) Please also keep in mind that these floors are not so good shape as far as looks.
