Thank you for the reply, You can say that it is more moisture than condensation. Another question though, could moisture/cold air be coming from my attic? It seems that the humidity level is higher when the guage is closer to the ceiling? I tried 2 places in the crawl space and the humidity level was good,( 40% ). In the attic there is about 12 inches of insulation, there are 6 roof vents and 3 gable vents. All the soffits in front and back are perferated. Any ideas will be great. Been trying to figure out for quite some time what to do. Thank you.
