There are four or five sensors in the back of your dryer. They all sense when something is too hot and automatically cuts off the unit.
You may have a sensor that is malfunctioning. I would get your schematics and find each sensor and carefully take them out and have each one tested. I think this may be your problem.
Remember where each one goes and just install a new one in the bad socket and that should do it.
