Live in an area with an extremely high water table in Michigan and fought the wet floor problem for quite some time. Finally, several years ago, we had a new interior perimeter system installed - PVC running to the sump with cleanouts in several places. No problems since. Total cost was about $2500 but well worth it. Be careful though; I think there are many who will propose solutions that will fall short. Ask for recommendations and gaurantees.
