I removed the wallpaper from my bathroom walls and would like to paint. Thewall underneath the wallpaper is textured like an orange and I had to do some hole repair and used spakle. My problem is that where I used spakle and sanded, the wall is now a smooth surface. Is there any way to smooth the whole bathroom without sanding the whole bathroom? If the whole bathroom has to be sanded, can a DA sander be used?
