We are building a new office building. We have approx. 200,000 sq.ft of wall space that will need painting. Half of it in flat latex and the other half in a multicolor spray/fleck coating (Polomyx). The walls are unprimed drywall. How much per square foot should we expect for prime and 2 coats latex? How much per sq. ft. for prime and spray multicolour?
