Leaking sundeck

Dear Bob: I have a sundeck on the flat roof of my attached garage. Right now it is surfaced with plywood. The wood is coated with a rubberized paint. The paint has deteriorated and we are looking for something more permanent. The other night on your show we saw a product that looked good but we did not see the finished result. It was in the form of a rubber skin that came in large rolls and the guys simply applied adhesive to the deck and the rubber and installed it. Please advise if this is the finished walking surface or does it still require a floor. Also where can I obtain this or a similar product. Please note, we live in Canada's Yukon territory but we do have most of the major building suppliers like Beaver Lumber here in Whitehorse. Thankyou
