The Bellfire Fireplace I am interested in lists for 1300.00 The distributers in my area are all charging 5000.00 I cannot for the life of me figure this one out. I wanted a fireplace that looks authentic and not clinical like some of the metal zero clearance models I have researched. Is this a franchise that is so controlled that no one else can install the unit? I can't seem to be able to get any honest answers. I am willing to pay but 3,500 over the cost of the unit just to install is outragous. If I purchase the unit can any mason or chiminy professional install it? It is a zero clearance after all. I can't even find out where the parent company is located. Please help.
