I have one tool from Chicago Tools. I got it indeed from Harbor. Its a bench drill press. Now, like Henry, I have not had any trouble with this tool, as I very rarely use it, but one can look at the features and tell its cheap. Corners have been cut. For example the power cord is about as thick as a #2 pencil. The motor vibrates. The chuck sticks. But for $69 what should I expect? As Henry stated, you could get a good tool up front, then you could get a lemon on day one. REmember, you get what you pay for.
