Mine has been in for a year and a half. Even with the minor scratches, still looks great. I don't expect to replace it for years to come. Side note: I left the original linolium down, but removed the areas that had come up, used screws around the edges to make sure it didn't come up and used (heck if I can remember what!) something to bring those areas up level with the rest of the floor. Then used the soundproofing underlayment. No complaint here except that I have to be more careful with it that I first thought.
