crackling walls

we want to crackle painted walls with a stencilled design. Problem is, the products we have found will only allow us to do sections at a time due to drying. Is there a crackle medium that we can apply that has NO time limit on it so that we can do all walls (50,000 sq. ft.) in sequence -- base coat first, stencilling, crackle, washes.
