My brother has been told his house has this fungus. He noticed a strange growth on his carpeting and traced it to a wall. We are replacing some of the wood with pressure treated construction lumbar 8ft 4x4s.
Can you give any suggestions? Where does this fungus come from and can it spread to neighbors homes??
