Does the water go through Rad #1, then Rad #2, then Rad #3. If so, they are in series. If in parallel like you say, is there a pressure valve in the downstairs ones that you can close somewhat? If you can reduce the flow through the other 2, in a parallel ssystem, you will increase flow to the one in the attic. Might even blow a clog out with more pressure. Let us know what happens.
