1. Portable circular saw. You can do about everything with it but not everything well. Still the best all around if you pay attention to your set-ups. 2. Medium quality, stationary table saw. You want to be able to do 3/4" dado's, have a decent fence and be able to add accessories particular to special needs that you have. A portable is OK if you really need to work away from home but having a workhorse is better in my opinion. 3. Miter saw. You will need to build some kind of table for it to be of much use and the quality of that will help the quality of your work but it does some well things that no other saw can. 4. Radial arm. You can do some special things with it like wide dado's and cross cutting big stock but if you have the other 3, they will generally do them as well. Again, you have to build a good table.
