painting on old kicten flooring

I have 30 year plus kitchen tile. thier 8x8 green marble, and the asbestos type. I saw during one of
Bob's shows,that you can paint over tile,wood flooring, my question is : what type of paint and what type of sealent, to use ..thanks!!
