Agh!! I was told that using a powder hammer would be the solution to secure my sole plates for my partition walls to a hard concrete garage floor...uh-uh...try again. It's looking like I'm gonna end up drilling and bolting the green 2x's with concrete bolts...do I need to drill oversize and use anchors? Also, I am using a 3/8" drill...I understand this will still do the job without finding somebody who has an impact drill. True? I wanna get this done...but right.
