Hi Rob,

Here are a couple of links:

Consume - Read the 'Consume' product, NOT the 'Consume XYZ' one(s). 'Consume' is the 14th 'item' down the list, I believe.

Stain Removal is the other link.

Other than that, if you know your mfgr., ctc them for info. Be SURE to tell them how 'old' the stain is at the time you call/write them. Dried blood may require a different 'process' than fresh blood.
