hot air trasfer toan adjacent room

I'm looking for a duct sysem/fan that is put in a 2x4
wall.It pulls the air near the ceiling in the warm room
and exaust the air near the foor in the adjacent room.
I've see them advertised,but have not been able to find in the last 3 months.
