These cracks will continue and new ones will develop until the water is drained away from under the floor and the source of water is diverted. Patching them is only a band-aid to cover up the problem and will be very temporary. Check for plumbing leaks, and if none then plan on a french drain outside the house or a sump drainabe system under the floor.
