Buy a dehumidifier and run it in the bedroom and later put it in the basement to run all the time. It is basically a self contained air conditioner. You could run your house air conditioner to dehumidify to get rid of moisture but that usually isn't a comfortable option in the winter. If the outside air is less humid, then cracking some windows to equalize it may help. You attic fan can't blow air out if there isn't a place for air to come in and equalize the house pressure. Are these windows, single or double pane? Single pane is more prone to condensation.
Between el nino and la nina and in between the two, many parts of the country are experiencing weird weather patterns that either have more moisture or are dryer. Depending upon where you live, that should change again. Until then, dehumidify to get rid of the moisture.
