My thermostat shuts off automatically sometimes and then resets the heat to 68 degrees and all the saved data is gone (days, time, temp etc.). I went down to check the furnace and read what might be causing the problem. I changed the filter and it still does it, another thing I need to check I guess if the furnace is getting enough air return(how do I fix), could this also be an electrical problem. Please help. Thanks.
