Glad to hear I'm not the only one; I thought I was going crazy! I went to the Sears Hardware store where I purchased it, and they couldn't help either. Surely someone has run across this before... I even tried holding down both remotes' buttons to program them simultaneously, but it still works only with the one that 'read' the signal a split second earlier.
