If you mean the two screws in front at the top, then just use fatter screws or leave them out altogether. That particle board is crumbly and if the dishwasher is secured at the base, then it shouldn't move around on you anyway. Try wood glue on the screws if you use fatter screws. Don't use longer screws or you may get a surprise coming out of the top of the counter.
