I got a house that is 50 years old. Igot moisture on the walls and in the bathroom toilet sweat runs on the floor. I do not have the problem in the summer time. I heat with gas logs. I know i have no insulation. The house has asbestos shingles. I want to put vinyl on the house. Do i need to remove the shingles or put vinyl over them.
