For a start, try removing and cleaning the screen on the bathroom faucet. With all faucets shut off, go out and look at the top of the water meter to see if the dial is spinning indicating water is running. Otherwise remove the stove and wall to find the leak. Sounds like you may need to clean the mold with bleach and possibly replace the wall board.
