I'd have to agree with Jay J, If the cargpet has light or short knapp, then it is hard to hide the seams, or if is a berber (industrial short,hard type loop), or even a kanga back (comes with the padding glued to the back of the carpet)these all are very hard to seam together and make the seam not notacible.
