The main reason I asked you to use a longer level, is that it measures more of a space and tells a better picture. Like a water level. Anyway, with 1/4 bubble using a small level tells alot. You do have quite a slope. Again, without seeing the floor and your conditions, I would strongly recommend using a vinyl tile again. It does flex to an extent as wood will not. You really don't know if your foundations has ceased moving.
