I had left an ashtray unattended i grabbed my smoke out of the tray not relising the smoke had cought an amber fire in the ash tray. the cat had knocked over the tray. i was not home when this happended, There is know a burn hole in my carpet about three inches in diamenter. What do you think is the best way to fix, my insurance will not cover the damage. So if you could write me back and tell me how to fix this messy situation. Thank you for your time Mike
