I went to SEARS today, looking for the
RACHETtype pruning cutters, the kind used with one hand and SEARS was not aware of the product.

Is this not a Sears product? Where can this be purchased please?

It's a garden tool that cuts bit by bit, and cuts deeper by squeezing the handles again.
