I recently moved into a condo and the kitchen wallpaper has turned from a light beige to a medium brown. Evidently, the former owners were smokers and the wallpaper has absorbed the smoke. I am trying to clean the wallpaper to bring it back to life. I tried clorox and it would not even bleach it out. I tried simple green and it would not take it out. Does anyone know of a way to brighten up wallpaper it even dye it while it is still on the wall?
