I have a Sears Model 139,53645srt1 door opener and it all of the sudden developed the problem of not opening with the remotes. I replaced the batterys on both remotes with no avail. You have to almost be right up to the unit for the door to open. this unit is about 4 years old also the led light on the back is continually blinking 5 times. Any help on this would be appreciated Thanks
