Bob- when painting over my wall with KILZ i descovered that the paint on my walls was bubbling up.I havedone all the preparation work involved such as wiping them down and then sanding all imperfections to wiping them again. i just dont understand it.. But by the time u respnd to this message i will probably, already be done. But just for my knowledge, please respond to this message as soon as possible. thank you Lori W.
