As Van eludes to, if the grout isn't sealed, it will stain and get dirty. To clean it later, will be a LOT like work. Do use a Grout Cleaner. (It's usually a Bleach and Water mix.) Let it dry for a day or 2, then seal. Use the RECOMMENDED Sealer based on the grout you used.
