Steve i like to thank you for the information which is very helpful. I do have another couple of questions. Do i understand correctly that i can just apply the mortar/adhesive to the bathrooms wood flooring? Believe it or not i am still not sure if thats just a wood board or actual hardwood flooring. I will follow your advice and take out the comode. Do you think mosaic tile is easier to work with since it comes in sheets and already has the spaces worked in it? And what is the best way to avoid buying an expensive tile cutter? Is there a less expensive alternative? I appreciate your detailed input on my problem. Thanks again.
