DAVID WE HAVE PLASTERED OVER BLOCK WALLS WITH VENEER PLASTER.IT IS A PREMIXED LYME AND PLASTER MIX.IT WILL LEAVE YOU WITH A POLISHED FLUSH SURFACE ,NO NEED TO MODIFY ELECTRICAL,OR WOOD TRIMS .BUT GET A (REAL)PLASTERER TO DO IT.
