Check in your local yellow pages for a carpet installation supply house. They will be able to refer you to the proper water proof outdoor appropriate for you floor & carpet. One caution, this glue is HIGHLY flammable & the vapors can be dangerous so use proper ventilation & keep away from flame or heat source until dry!
