Since you don't have the # or * on your keypad then you need to take these steps to change it. It will pretty much require you to either take the keypad off the wall or have another person help you since one person will need to be at the keypad and one at the opener. Here are the steps:
1 - Enter the 4-digit password desired, then press and hold ENTER.
2 - Press and release the SRT(learn) button on the door opener panel.
3 - After the opener light flashes, release the ENTER button.
- Test by pressing your password, then press enter. The door should move.
If this doesn't work there is another way to do it if you have the Premium Control Console.
