Try contacting K-TecUSA, or call (801)785-3600. I think that they used to be Kitchenetics (so I've read on the WEB.)
They may have parts or can give you access to a 'secondary market' for the unit. On the WEB, I've found 'manually' operated spice racks that go inside a cabinet but not any that work on batteries.
